（6）擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專業二級及其以上注冊建造師執業資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
（7）業績要求：無；
（8）其他要求：無。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) It must be a legal person organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China; (4) Level 3 and above qualifications for general contracting of construction projects; (5) Have a safety production license (within the validity period); (6) The person in charge of the proposed project has the professional qualification of a registered construction engineer of level 2 or above in construction engineering, has a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of other construction projects under construction; (7) Performance requirements: none; (8) Other requirements: none.
