(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業政策：本項目專門面向中小企業采購，評審時中小企業產品均不執行價格折扣優惠。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業；

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and price discounts will not be implemented for their products during evaluation. (2) Support welfare units for people with disabilities and treat them as small and micro enterprises;

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）須具有《食品經營許可證》，且涵蓋承包內容相匹配的經營項目；
（4）須系我國境內依法設立的法人或非法人組織（本項目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）；
（5）本項目不允許轉包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) Must have a Food Business License and cover business projects that match the contracted content; (4) It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); (5) This project does not allow subcontracting.

(i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規定；
