(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項目不是專門面向中小企業(yè)采購，評審時小型和微型企業(yè)產(chǎn)品享受10%的價格折扣；（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and small and micro enterprise products enjoy a 10% price discount during the review; (2) Welfare units for the disabled, and treat them as small and micro enterprises.

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）須具備自然資源主管部門依法頒發(fā)的《測繪資質證書》，資質等級須為乙級及其以上，業(yè)務范圍包括攝影測量與遙感等專業(yè)；
（4）須系我國境內依法設立的法人或非法人組織；
（5）本項目不允許轉包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) Must have the "Surveying and Mapping Qualification Certificate" issued by the competent department of natural resources in accordance with the law, and the qualification level must be Grade B or above, and the business scope includes photogrammetry and remote sensing and other majors;
(4) It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China;
(5) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
