合同履約期限：本項目一次招標三年有效，合同簽訂采用一年一簽，年度考核合格后進行合同續簽。本次報價所涵蓋的服務期限為合同簽訂之日起一年。

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and the products of small and medium-sized enterprises are not subject to price discounts during the review. 4、須具有《食品經營許可證》，且涵蓋承包內容相匹配的經營項目；
5、本項目不允許轉包。
