簡要規格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途:本項目擬通過公開招標的方式,選擇一家合格的供應商為洋涇街道辦事處工作人員提供早、午餐供應管理與服務,早、午餐均采用自選零點模式,早餐就餐人數120人左右,每日供應早餐不少于8個品種;午餐就餐人數300人左右,每周不少于65種菜品,并確保食品衛生安全。(具體詳見第三章采購需求書)
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The project intends to select a qualified supplier to provide breakfast and lunch supply management and services for the staff of Yangjing Street Office through public bidding, and the breakfast and lunch are selected in the à la carte mode, with about 120 people for breakfast, and no less than 8 varieties of breakfast are served every day; There are about 300 people for lunch, no less than 65 kinds of dishes per week, and food hygiene and safety are ensured. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements)
合同履約期限:本項目一次招標三年有效,合同簽訂采用一年一簽,年度考核合格后進行合同續簽。本次報價所涵蓋的服務期限為合同簽訂之日起一年。
The Contract Period: The project is valid for three years at one time, and the contract is signed once a year, and the contract is renewed after passing the annual assessment. The term of the service covered by this offer is one year from the date of signing the contract.

(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求:(1)落實預留份額措施,提高中小企業在政府采購中的份額,扶持中小企業政策:本項目是專門面向中小企業采購,評審時中小企業產品均不執行價格折扣優惠。(2)殘疾人福利性單位,并將其視同小微型企業。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and the products of small and medium-sized enterprises are not subject to price discounts during the review. (c)本項目的特定資格要求:3、須系我國境內依法設立的法人或非法人組織;
4、須具有《食品經營許可證》,且涵蓋承包內容相匹配的經營項目;
5、本項目不允許轉包。
