合同履約期限：合同簽定后60天到貨、安裝調試并試運行完畢，驗收后提供3年免費質保。

(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）扶持中小企業政策：本項目不是專門面向中小企業采購，評審時小型和微型企業產品享受10%的價格扣除優惠；（2）扶持監獄企業、殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業；（3）優先采購節能環保產品政策：在技術、服務等指標同等條件下，對財政部財庫〔2019〕18號和財政部財庫〔2019〕19號文公布的節能環保產品品目清單中的產品實行優先采購；對節能產品品目清單中以“★”標注的產品，實行強制采購。供應商須提供具有國家確定的認證機構出具的、處于有效期之內的認證證書方能享受優先采購或強制采購政策；（4）購買國貨政策：本項目不接受進口產品。

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：1、未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執行人、重大稅收違法失信主體、政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單；
2、須系我國境內依法設立的法人或非法人組織；
3、本項目不允許轉包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not included in Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement website (www.ccgp.gov.cn) in the record list of persons subject to enforcement for trustbreaking, major tax law and trustbreaking subjects, and serious illegal and trustbreaking behaviors of government procurement; (2) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization legally established in China; 3. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
