（4）具有市場監督管理部門頒發的有效期內的《食品經營許可證》，且涵蓋本項目所承包內容相匹配的經營項目；
（5）本項目不允許轉包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China;
(4) Have a valid "Food Business License" issued by the market supervision and administration department, and cover the business projects that match the contracted content of the project;
