(b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目是專門面向小微企業(yè)采購，評審時小微企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)；

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: One year after the contract is signed, the specific start and end time shall be subject to the notice from the purchaser. (1) Implement the reserved share measures to increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically for procurement by small and micro enterprises. During the evaluation process, products from small and micro enterprises are not subject to price discount benefits. (2) Support welfare-based units for the disabled and treat them as small and medium-sized enterprises.

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：1、未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法失信主體、政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；
2、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；
3、本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not included in the list of dishonest executors under the "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn), or in the list of major tax violation offenders or those with serious illegal records in government procurement under the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. Must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law; 3. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
