(c)本項目的特定資格要求：1、未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法失信主體、政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單；
2、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人組織（本項目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）；
3、其他資格要求：施工現(xiàn)場項目管理機構(gòu)擬派人員配備要求：
（1）人員配備要求（人）：5；
（2）崗位、數(shù)量、資格要求：*園林項目負責人（園林專業(yè)中級職稱）1人、安全員1人、質(zhì)量員1人、材料員1人、中級園林綠化工1人（班組負責人）；
說明：
1）上述人員配備要求系最低配備要求；對于施工技術(shù)復(fù)雜的項目，供應(yīng)商可根據(jù)項目情況，在以上人員配備要求基礎(chǔ)上適當增加技術(shù)管理人員、施工員等人數(shù)；
2）*崗位不得同時兼任兩個及以上項目,須具有上海市園林綠化工程從業(yè)人員項目負責人電子信息卡或《園林綠化施工企業(yè)項目負責人質(zhì)量安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書》同時具備園林專業(yè)中級職稱，且無在建項目記錄；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not included in the list of dishonesty executors, major tax violation dishonest entities, or serious illegal and dishonest behaviors in government procurement on Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal entity organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China (this project does not accept branches participating in the procurement activities in their own names).
