（4）具有消防設(shè)施工程專業(yè)承包二級及以上資質(zhì)；
（5）具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
（6）擬派項目負(fù)責(zé)人具有機電工程專業(yè)二級及以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項目的項目負(fù)責(zé)人；
（7）業(yè)績要求：無；
（8）其他要求：無。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); (4) Having a second level or higher qualification for professional contracting of fire protection facilities engineering; (5) Having a valid safety production license; (6) The proposed project leader shall have a second level or above registered construction engineer qualification in mechanical and electrical engineering, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and shall not serve as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; (7) Performance requirements: none; (8) Other requirements: None.
