(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved share measure, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically targeted at small and micro enterprises for procurement. 2、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設立的法人或非法人組織；
3、本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not included in the list of dishonesty executors, major tax violation dishonest entities, or serious illegal and dishonest behaviors in government procurement on Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China. 3. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
