合同履約期限：本項目一次采購三年有效，服務合同一年一簽訂，中標人經采購人考核通過后方可續簽下一年合同，若中標人無法通過采購人考核，采購人有權終止合同并重新采購。本次采購預算金額所涵蓋的服務期限為自2025年8月2日起一年。        

The Contract Period: This project is valid for three years at a time, and the service contract is signed once a year. The winning bidder can only renew the contract for the next year after passing the purchaser's examination. If the winning bidder fails to pass the purchaser's examination, the purchaser has the right to terminate the contract and purchase again. (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve shares, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support the policies of small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specially designed for small and medium-sized enterprises to purchase, and no price discount will be implemented for the products of small and medium-sized enterprises during the review. (2) Welfare units for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises.        

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國境內依法設立的法人或非法人組織（本項目（不接受）分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）；
（4）本項目不允許轉包。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in China according to law (the (unacceptable) branch of this project participates in procurement activities in its own name); (4) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
