(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved share measures, increase the share of small and micro enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and micro enterprises: This project is specifically targeted at small and micro enterprises for procurement. During the evaluation, no price deduction preferential policies will be implemented for small and micro enterprises. (2) Support welfare units for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises.

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not listed as a dishonest executive, a major tax violation and dishonest entity, or a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the websites of "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China government procurement network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
