(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved share measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically for procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises. During the review, no price deduction benefits will be applied to the products of small and medium-sized enterprises. (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. The supplier and the proposed staff have not participated in the investment supervision or internal price review of this construction project and have no direct working relationship with it. 2. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
