合同履約期限：本項目一次采購三年有效，合同一年一簽，每年經過采購人考核合格后，合同續簽一年，最長不超過三年。本項目采購預算所涵蓋的服務期限為2025年11月1日起至2026年10月31日。        

The Contract Period: The project is procured for three years at a time, with the contract signed annually. The contract is renewed for one year each time after the purchaser's assessment, with a maximum duration of three years.
