(c)本項目的特定資格要求：(3) 須具備省市級公安部門核發的有效的《保安服務許可證》；
(4) 須系依法設立的法人或非法人組織（本項目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）；
(5) 本項目不允許轉包。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) Must have a valid "Security Service License" issued by the provincial and municipal public security departments; (4) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established according to law (this project does not accept branches to participate in procurement activities in their own names); (5) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
