5、具有安全生產許可證（有效期內）；
6、擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專業二級及其以上注冊建造師執業資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
7、業績要求：無；
8、其他要求：無。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) Must be a legal entity established within China (this project does not accept subsidiaries to participate in the procurement activities under their own names);
(4) Have a construction general contracting qualification of level three or above in building engineering;
(5) Have a safety production license (valid within the validity period);
