Having a safety production license (valid within the validity period); 5. The project leader to be dispatched should have the registered construction engineer qualification of level II or above in architecture, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not be serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; 6. Performance requirements: None; 7. Other requirements: None.
