(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. Possessing a construction project contracting qualification of level III or above in architecture; 4. Having a safety production license (valid within the validity period); 5. The project leader to be dispatched should have the registered construction engineer qualification of level II or above in architecture, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not be serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; 6.
