合同履約期限：本項目招標服務期限為1年，日期為2026年1月1日至2026年12月31日止。本項目招一續二，合同一年一簽，每年考核合格后，采購人根據情況合同續簽一年，最長不超過三年，若合同未續簽中標人不得要求采購人賠償。        

The Contract Period: The bidding service period for this project is 1 year, from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. This project is open for renewal, and the contract is signed once a year. After passing the annual assessment, the purchaser will renew the contract for another year based on the situation, with a maximum of three years. If the contract is not renewed, the winning bidder shall not demand compensation from the purchaser.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and price discounts will not be implemented for their products during evaluation. (2) Welfare units for disabled people and treat them as small and micro enterprises.
