5.具有安全生產許可證（有效期內）；
6.擬派項目負責人具有建筑程專業二級及其以上注冊建造師執業資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
7.業績要求：無；
8.其他要求：無。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. It must be a legal person organization established in China according to law; 4. Grade III and above qualifications for general contracting of construction projects; 5. Have a safety production license (within the validity period); 6. The person in charge of the proposed project has the qualification of registered construction engineer with a major of construction engineering of Grade II or above, has a valid certificate of safety production assessment, and has not served as the person in charge of other construction projects under construction; 7. Performance requirements: None; 8. Other requirements: None.
